Cancellations

If your plans change, message us on Instagram at @buttery_house as soon as you can. We will refund a cancelled order if you contact us at least 24 hours before your pickup time.

Missed pickups

Orders that are not collected during their pickup time are not refunded, because they were baked fresh for you.

Something wrong with your order

If an item is missing or not right, message us within 24 hours of pickup with a photo and we will make it right with a refund or a replacement.

If we cancel

If we ever have to cancel a drop or your order, we refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
